Antique Reproduction Shop delivery – Holgate, NSW gold console, chaise lounge and display cabinet
We’ve been working with The Antique Reproduction Shop since December 2021, delivering and installing their classic French provincial pieces on our Melbourne ↔ Canberra ↔ Sydney runs.
For this job we delivered and carefully positioned three statement pieces in a customer’s formal living room in Holgate, NSW on the Central Coast:
- A French classic antique gold console table with white natural marble
- A French provincial chaise lounge in gold with black upholstery
- A black and gold display cabinet
As always, everything travelled fully blanket-wrapped and securely strapped in the truck. Once on site we brought each piece in safely, protected the walls and flooring as we moved, and took the time to position everything exactly where the customer wanted it.

The antique gold console table with white natural marble instantly becomes a focal point in this room. The carved legs and curved gold detailing tie in perfectly with the framed artwork and accessories on top.

French provincial chaise lounge
The French provincial chaise lounge brings the whole space together – gold frame, black upholstery and classic drapes framing the window. We carried the chaise in, positioned it to line up with the window and rug, and checked that it sat level and solid on the carpet.

Black and gold display cabinet
The black and gold display cabinet adds storage and display space without losing the French provincial feel. Once it was in the room we made sure there was enough clearance for doors to open and close easily, and that the cabinet was stable and sitting correctly on the carpet.
