In May 2026, Phil’s Furniture Freighters delivered a sofa bed for Sofa Bed Specialists to Ocean Grove.
This was a furniture-specific delivery focused on careful transport, controlled carrying and proper final placement—not a rushed doorstep drop.
Sofa Bed Delivery and Placement in Ocean Grove
Sofa Bed Specialists supplied the sofa bed for this Ocean Grove home. A piece with upholstery and a moving mechanism deserves careful handling through the property and proper placement where the customer will use it.
Sofa beds combine a bulky frame, moving mechanisms and upholstered surfaces. Careful lifting and a planned route through the property help protect both the furniture and the home.
Careful placement is part of the job
Getting the furniture to the address is only one part of a good delivery. We also consider access, floor and wall protection, the safest carrying position and where the item needs to sit in the room. That preparation helps avoid unnecessary handling and leaves the piece ready for the customer to use.
Specialised furniture transport, handled properly
Phil’s Furniture Freighters works with furniture makers, retailers, designers, businesses and homeowners across Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney and selected regional areas. Our new furniture delivery service can include placement, basic assembly, unpacking and packaging removal where arranged.
