These Terms & Conditions outline the services provided by Phil’s Furniture Freighters and the responsibilities of both our team and our customers. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services Provided
Phil’s Furniture Freighters specialises in:

Furniture delivery (local and interstate)

Small moves (residential and commercial)

White glove services, including assembly and packaging removal
2. Quotes & Payment

All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer at the time of booking.

Additional charges may apply for stairs, long carries, limited access, or changes to the job.

Payment is required in full upon completion of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover lost scheduling time.
4. Liability & Care

Our team takes the utmost care in handling your furniture.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

Pre-existing wear or weakness in items

Poor packaging provided by the customer

Limited access points (tight stairways, narrow doorways, etc.)

We are fully insured for transport and handling.
5. Access & Preparation

Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access at pickup and delivery locations.

Any delays caused by blocked driveways, locked doors, or incomplete preparation may incur additional charges.

We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
